[u] Debut with picadores: [/ u] On September 9, 1973 he debuted with picadores at the Vistalegre Bullring in Madrid. That afternoon, together with Frederic Pascal and Juan Lucas, he handled cattle from the Pío Tabernero de Vilvis livestock farm.
