Debut with picadores: [/ u] On April 14, 2001 he debuted with picadores in the Plaza de Toros de Algeciras, Cádiz. That afternoon he alternated with Curro Duarte and Juan Miguel Montoya and they fought heifers from D. Joaquín Barral.
[u] Alternative: [/ u] he took the alternative on February 28, 2004 in El Puerto de Santa María in Cádiz. With bulls from “La Dehesilla”, that day he was sponsored by Javier Conde and witnessed by Matías Tejela.
