Córdoba Faces the Grand Finale of the 2026 Feria de la Salud with Top Bullfighters, Rejones and a Spectacular Closing at Los Califas

The Plaza de Toros de Los Califas is preparing for the final stretch of the 2026 Feria Taurina de Nuestra Señora de la Salud this weekend, hosting the last three events of the festival in a grand finale that will bring together established stars, rising talents and a major rejoneo spectacle in Córdoba.

The festival, organised by promoter José María Garzón, has once again been structured over two weekends this year and expanded with additional events, reinforcing a varied and attractive programme for bullfighting fans. After a successful opening weekend marked by strong attendance and atmosphere, Córdoba now approaches its most anticipated days with highly appealing line-ups.

The final weekend will begin on Friday with a bullfight featuring bulls from Núñez de Tarifa for Borja Jiménez, Víctor Hernández and Marco Pérez. The card brings together three matadors currently enjoying strong momentum and growing recognition within the bullfighting world, creating considerable excitement among fans.

On Saturday, the spotlight will turn to rejoneo with a horseback bullfight featuring bulls from Benítez Cubero-Pallarés for Sergio Galán, Lea Vicens and Sebastián Fernández. The equestrian event will add variety and spectacle to the closing days of the feria, showcasing three different styles of mounted bullfighting in one of the most special evenings of the series.

The golden finale will arrive on Sunday with a bullfight featuring bulls from Domingo Hernández for José María Manzanares, Juan Ortega and Pablo Aguado. Three major names with very different artistic styles will bring the feria to a close in a festival marked by the balance between youth, established figures and strong Andalusian representation.

With this final weekend, Córdoba will conclude one of the most ambitious editions of the Feria de la Salud in recent years, once again confirming Los Califas as one of the leading bullrings of the spring bullfighting season.
