The history of this renowned cattle ranch began when Domingo Varela acquired livestock from various ranches, including fighting bulls from the Gallardos family of El Puerto de Santa María and the Marqués de Ulloa of Utrera. This herd was inherited by Juan de Dios Romero. Later, in 1944, this lineage was sold to José María Soto de la Fuente, eventually reaching its current owners.
