The history of this distinguished cattle ranch began in 1972 with Salvador Domecq. Later, the Domecq Sainz de Rozas brothers established the ranch using cattle originating from the El Torero ranch of Salvador Domecq y Díez. Subsequently, in 1998, the ranch was passed on to his son, Salvador Domecq Sainz de Rozas, along with the brand and a select group of cows and a bull. At the end of 2002, the herd was expanded with cows and bulls inherited from his father's ranch, Salvador Domecq y Díez, until it reached its current owners.
