The history of this renowned cattle ranch began in 1883 when Carlos Conradi purchased the majority of Ángel González Nandín's livestock. Then, in 1904, Carlos added a bull from Eduardo Ibarra, and in 1911, ownership passed to Juan Bautista Conradi. After his death, his children inherited the ranch. In 1952, a division occurred among them, and in 1955, a portion was sold to Rafael Espinosa de los Monteros.
In 1987, the Soto de Luis family sold the ranch. In 1992, Álvaro Martínez Conradi acquired the rights to the brand, maintaining its design, seniority, and colors. That same year, the entire La Quinta herd, established with cows and bulls from Joaquín Buendía in the 1987 purchase, was transferred to Álvaro Martínez Conradi.
