The history of this renowned cattle ranch dates back to April 1, 1956, when it was initially owned by Saturnino Pérez Alonso. After his death, his widow sold the brand to Manuel Ucha Vázquez, who later transferred it to Rafael Beca Gutiérrez. Beca Gutiérrez, in turn, registered it under the name Hermanos Beca Belmonte. In 1979, the ranch was acquired by José Luis Martín Berrocal and subsequently passed into the hands of José Luis Pereda. It was under Pereda's management that the Núñez bloodline was introduced, through the crossbreeding of cattle by acquiring cows from the Núñez Hermanos ranch, which at that time was also owned by Martín Berrocal.
