The story of this renowned cattle ranch begins with the Quintas family, now in its third generation dedicated to raising fighting bulls. They currently oversee three ranches that coexist harmoniously under their leadership. These are Ganadería Manuel Quintas, with Martínez and Santa Coloma de Flor de Jara lineage; Ganadería El Estoque, descended from the Marqués de Domecq; and Ganadería Hermanos Quintas Parras, unique in Spain for its pure Martínez lineage. All three ranches are associated with the 100% Native Lidia Breed seal.
