The history of this renowned cattle ranch began in 1937 with the Juan Pedro Domecq Núñez de Villavicencio ranch, formerly known as Veragua. This ranch was one of the lines of fighting bulls belonging to Pedro Domecq Díez, who sold it in 1946 to Luis de la Calle. In 1948, Luis de la Calle sold it to Antonio Jiménez Jiménez, from whom it was acquired in 1952 by José Luis Osborne Vázquez, who changed the brand for the last time, until it came under the ownership of its current proprietors.
