The history of this prominent cattle ranch began in 1925 when the farm was acquired by Flores Albarrán, who expanded it by incorporating cows from Campos Varela and Izaguirre Tejerina, along with a bull from Martínez. The ranch was later divided, and the lot assigned to Ms. Mercedes Flores Sánchez was sold in 1958 to Ms. María Gascón, Mr. Juan Luis, and Mr. Nicolás Fraile y Martín. That same year, they made modifications to the brand and acquired 100 cows and three bulls from Mr. Arturo Sánchez y Sánchez.
In 1962, 50 cows and three bulls from Mr. José Infante de Cámara were incorporated. In 1976, part of the ranch owned by Mr. Lisardo Sánchez y Sánchez was incorporated. In 1982, 30 cows from Mr. Arturo Gallego were acquired from the ranch of Mr. Atanasio Fernández. Between 1987 and 1988, 50 yearlings, 50 heifers, and 25 cows belonging to Mr. Atanasio Fernández were added, thus eliminating all previous herds and following the line of Mr. Lisardo Sánchez and Mr. Atanasio Fernández.
Finally, in 1992, with the termination of the joint ownership pursuant to Article 6 of the Statutes, Mr. Lorenzo Fraile Martín became the sole owner of the stud farm.
