The history of this prominent cattle ranch began after the death of Manuel Valladares, who left his fighting bulls as an inheritance to his firstborn sons. They incorporated cattle from Benjumea and Carvajal, announcing it under the name of Valladares and Rincón. Then, in 1908, Manuel Rincón took over the ranch, eliminating everything previously owned and acquiring cows and stallions from Fernando Parladé. In 1925, it was acquired by Antonio Urquijo, who transferred it to Indalecio García Mateo in 1928. In 1938, Carlos Núñez Manso acquired it and added a group of cows and stallions from Ramón Mora Figueroa, and in 1941, part of the Villamarta ranch, creating a unique and legendary breed.
