The history of this prominent cattle ranch began in 1993. This ranch was established in accordance with and under the provisions of Article 6 of the Statutes, after the joint ownership of Cetrina, owned by Mr. Jerónimo Martínez Moreno, was extinguished. The ranch includes cows from Torretrella, Camacho, Cayetano Muñoz, and bulls from El Torero to form the structure. In 1998, Mr. Jerónimo purchased the company Sanedi, S.A., which produces various types of iron, and advertised it as Mr. Antonio San Román.
